Position: Customer Service Representatives (Service Center)
Duties
- Provide good customer service including provision of product knowledge, handling enquiries and sales documentation
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Undertake operation and customer services assignments
- Shift duties required
Requirements
- Post secondary or above with at least 1 year of customer service related working experience
- Team work, friendly, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Being multi-lingual with good presentation, communication and computer skills
- Holder of driving license (Class 1 & 2) is an advantage
Fresh graduates with sound academic background and part-time experience will also be considered.
