Position: Technical Support Officer
Duties
- Responsible for computer hardware/software procurement and troubleshooting
- Responsible for network, cloud and cyber security monitoring and follow-up
- Responsible for program testing and helpdesk calls
- Occasionally non-office hour support required
- Carry on any tasks assigned by the management
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in computer related disciplines
- Minimum 4-year solid working experience in IT industry
- Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese
- Active, cooperative and initiative; Independent, able to work under pressure
- IT certifications in Microsoft and AWS is an advantage
- Less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Technical Support Officer
