• Provide driving learning expert advice to pre-licensed and post-licensed customers at a high quality standard

• Follow up driving learning matters for the assigned customers

• Liaise with the assigned customers for their service requests

• Explore learning needs of the assigned customers

• Undertake any other duties as assigned

• Secondary School graduate or above

• Possession of valid driving licence (classes 1 & 2) for 6 years and with other types of driving licence an advantage

• Good driving records without any conviction on drink / drug driving and reckless driving resulting in death of other party(ies) and without conviction on careless driving offence within 2 years

• Good track record in customer service with job reference

• Good service mind with commitment, enthusiasm and passion

• Good command of spoken Cantonese with ability to speak English or Mandarin will be an advantage
