To align with the gradual resumption of the provision of basic public services by the Government, the Transport Department (TD) said on August 27 that the driving test (road test) services (for Motor cycle, Private Car, Light Goods Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle) will fully resume from September 7. Driving test (written test Part A) and taxi written test services are planned to resume on September 14. On 20 August, the Transport Department has announced that they will first resume the motor cycle driving test, including Part B (competence test) and Part C (road test) from August 31.
